We'll do what's necessary first
I am convinced that it is necessary to form a unified political ideology in Armenia and the Diaspora that can unite the nation around a common goal, strengthen state institutions and create a long-term development strategy.

The idea of Armenian statehood is the foundation that should unite the efforts of all Armenians for a secure, strong and dignified future.

We must understand that independence is not just a fact, but the daily work and responsibility of each person.

1. Sovereignty is the highest value of the state
Armenia exists only as a subject. Any form of external management is unacceptable
2. The army is the center of the state
A weak army = the end of the country
3. An official is a service, not a privilege
An unprofessional official is an internal threat
4. Affordable living
The state is obliged to make life in Armenia economically possible
5. Demography is a matter of national security
A country with many children is the foundation of our secure future
6. The Diaspora is a part of the state
The Armenian Diaspora is not a sponsor or a distant relative
7. National education is the foundation of the state
There is no sovereignty without national consciousness
8. The state elite is a service, Not an imitation
Decision makers have a responsibility to be an example
9. Foreign policy — balance without illusions
Armenia has no eternal allies, but eternal interests
10. An economically developed state is a condition for national survival
Strong economy = strong sovereignty
Manifesto

1. SOVEREIGNTY IS THE HIGHEST VALUE OF THE STATE
ARMENIA EXISTS ONLY AS A SUBJECT. ANY FORM OF EXTERNAL MANAGEMENT IS UNACCEPTABLE
2. THE ARMY IS THE CENTER OF THE STATE
A WEAK ARMY = THE END OF THE COUNTRY

3. AN OFFICIAL IS A SERVICE, NOT A PRIVILEGE
AN UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICIAL IS AN INTERNAL THREAT
4. AFFORDABLE LIVING
THE STATE IS OBLIGED TO MAKE LIFE IN ARMENIA ECONOMICALLY POSSIBLE
5. DEMOGRAPHY IS A MATTER OF NATIONAL SECURITY
A COUNTRY WITH MANY CHILDREN IS THE FOUNDATION OF OUR SECURE FUTURE
6. THE DIASPORA IS A PART OF THE STATE
THE ARMENIAN DIASPORA IS NOT A SPONSOR OR A DISTANT RELATIVE
7. NATIONAL EDUCATION IS THE FOUNDATION OF THE STATE
THERE IS NO SOVEREIGNTY WITHOUT NATIONAL CONSCIOUSNESS
8. THE STATE ELITE IS A SERVICE, NOT AN IMITATION
DECISION MAKERS HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY TO BE AN EXAMPLE
9. FOREIGN POLICY — BALANCE WITHOUT ILLUSIONS
ARMENIA HAS NO ETERNAL ALLIES, BUT ETERNAL INTERESTS
10. AN ECONOMICALLY DEVELOPED STATE IS A CONDITION FOR NATIONAL SURVIVAL
STRONG ECONOMY = STRONG SOVEREIGNTY

My childhood was spent not only in Yerevan, where I was born, but also in Syunik, the land that is my family's native land.
My father, Rafik, is from Sirian, and my mother, Silva, is from David Beg. Both parents are engineers by training.

The connection with Syunik was not formal, but lively and permanent: it was here that the significant years of my formation took place. This region, with its harsh nature, labor culture, and strong community tradition, has had a significant impact on my character, worldview, and attitude toward responsibility, work, and homeland.

Equally important, mountains form systems thinking and organizational skills: accurate calculation of resources, energy control, responsibility for equipment and decisions. Any mistake or underestimation of details in the mountains can lead to critical consequences — that's why mountaineering teaches strategic planning, concentration and personal responsibility for every step.
Mountaineering requires high physical endurance, technical training and, above all, mental stability in conditions of uncertainty and risk.
Later, mountaineering became my main sporting activity.

We have become co–organizers of the international Hayk—Iran Conference, an initiative aimed at meaningful dialogue between Armenia and Iran as neighboring civilizations with deep historical and cultural ties. The conference was conceived as a space for a meaningful conversation about the common heritage, historical memory and cultural codes that have shaped relations between our peoples for centuries. The focus was not on political declarations, but on understanding mutual influence, experiences of coexistence, and common ground. The forum was attended by experts from Armenia and Iran, researchers and public figures, whose speeches were devoted to the history, culture and social processes linking the two countries.

The cultural program, presented by folklore ensembles of both sides, became a natural continuation of this dialogue, expressed in the language of tradition and living culture. For us, participation in the Hayk–Iran conference has become part of a broader approach to developing cultural and public relations with neighboring nations based on respect, historical understanding and meaningful exchange.

The Armenian School of Democracy is one of the key projects of my team aimed at developing political thinking and practical skills of public activity. The project is aimed at a wide range of participants. Anyone who passes the established selection process and shares the values of responsibility, service and national thinking can become a member of the School. Our goal is to form a community of people in Armenia who are able to meaningfully participate in the political and public life of the country, based on national interests and a long—term vision.

The school is not only an educational program, but also a living platform for communication, exchange of experience and formation of a circle of like-minded people. Horizontal ties and the foundations of future cooperation are being laid here.
Armenian School of Democracy
Our YouTube channel was created as a tool for introducing a wide audience to the history of the Armenian people and its deeper understanding. The project is based on the understanding that history is not a set of dates and events, but a continuous process directly related to the present. As a professional politician, I believe that yesterday's historical decisions and processes shape today's realities. The fate of our people, its crises and achievements are interconnected in time, and without knowledge of the past it is impossible to adequately analyze the present and build an idea of the future.

Our goal is to form a literate, nationally minded and a historically informed society capable of analysis rather than a superficial perception of events. The results of the project manifested themselves quickly enough: in a short time, the channel became one of the key Armenian-language platforms dedicated to history. Today, it is steadily gaining more than 500,000 views per month, and the total number of episodes released exceeds 50.

Результаты проекта проявились достаточно быстро: за короткое время канал стал одной из ключевых армяноязычных платформ, посвященных истории. Сегодня он стабильно набирает более 500 000 просмотров в месяц, а общее число выпущенных эпизодов превышает 50.
